Credit to @MadScientistBBQ for this idea - He did old fashioned glazed ribs this way, which gave me the idea to try it with some smoked pork belly. The notes or orange and bourbon give these smoked pork belly burnt ends some amazing flavor, and the addition of the simple syrup creates the perfect glaze when you reduce the sauce and baste the pork belly. These pork belly burnt ends were amazing, and they’d make the perfect smoker appetizers for your party!
