On a recent camping trip into the wilderness I was lucky enough to shoot a grouse with my self bow. And since it's been a while since I did any catch and cook videos I thought I'd try a fun bushcraft cooking project. The nearby stream offered a perfect power source for a bushcraft rotisserie! I plucked the grouse and trussed it with a thin willow branch, built the rotisserie, and cooked the grouse over the fire until it was golden brown and dripping with fat! A little tough as wild birds tend to be but delicious!
