Yummy Quick Soup - Today I'm making a very old recipe from my mom that the whole family has loved for many, many years. A very tasty sauerkraut soup with just a few ingredients for the whole family. We love this easy, delicious soup made with sauerkraut, paprika, coarse pepper, and sausage! Also great as a midnight or party soup!

Ingredients for the quick soup:
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
2 onions
40 grams of butter
2 garlic
1 - 1.5 tbsp ground black pepper
500 ml cream
1 liter vegetable broth
370 grams of sauerkraut
1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika and rosy hot paprika
3 sausages
sea salt as needed
