In the drug-fueled final months of his life, Tony Hsieh, the charismatic Zappos founder, was surrounded by sycophants who extracted millions of dollars from his fortune. ‘Wonder Boy’, a new book on Hsieh’s meteoric rise and tragic end, is set to release on April 25th, 2023. In this video, coauthors Angel Au-Yeung and David Jeans, who reported on Hsieh’s death in 2020 for Forbes, chronicle the end of the tech founder’s life in Park City, Utah and how those in his inner circle took advantage of his wealth.
