I build custom a composite panel to create custom cargo doors for my gear and bike garage doors on my DIY expedition overlanding camper. I also custom cut GRP pultrusions to frame out these custom doors to mate up with my custom fiberglass frame and seals.

I discuss the materials I chose, why I chose fiberglass instead of carbon fiber, how I build the composite panels by glueing them up by spreading adhesive sealant, and how I cut them to an exact fit for the large gear garages on my DIY overlanding adventure camper built with Total Composites walls.
