I finally fully enclose my DIY expedition overland camper Total Composite box with custom steel front top corner caps that are robust and can take tree branches. I show how I cut these down, located the drilled holes for the required marker lights, glued these in place and will prep these for painting.

These finish out and fully enclose my DIY Total Composites expedition camper, with four-season entry door by Motorcraft Adventure Development. and also MAD windows and skylights as seen in previous videos.

I recently built this Total Composites expedition camper on my Mitsubishi Fuso EarthCruiser CORE 4x4 expedition truck chassis, and will finish framing out the interior cabinets, electrical and plumbing systems for global travels.
