The Gin Gin Mule is a fantastic summertime drink, nicely balanced between spicy, sweet and tart. It's also a drink that helped usher in the current age of mixology, with Audrey Saunders leading the way by opening Pegu Club in 2005. The Gin Gin Mule is a modern classic.
