Ingredients:

4-5 lbs bone-in, skin-on chicken

Marinade:
8 cloves garlic
2 tbs olive oil
1.5 tbs lime juice
1 tsp fresh oregano
1 tbs adobo

Dredge:
3 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup corn starch
1 tbs salt
1 tbs granulated garlic
2 tsp sazon (2 packets)
