This action-packed new two-part documentary for ITV closely follows the work of High Court enforcement officers as they try to reclaim debts from those who haven’t paid up, and evict people who are illegally occupying properties.

In the second episode, enforcement officers Scott Hines and Steve Michell are tasked with the eviction of a council property in South London - a dark, dirty and potentially dangerous environment. Steve, spotting a large knife next to one of the squatters’ beds, says: “We’ll have people shouting, making threats, picking up lumps of wood, metal bars – whatever they can find. Where a lot of these people are scared for their own safety, they’ll have weapons beside their bed… Maybe not to use against us, but against other people coming to rob them.”
