Each year, the National Medal of Honor Heritage Center holds its Celebration of Valor Luncheon to celebrate its successes from the past year and raise fund to supports its mission for the next year. The 2022 Mission Video was produced by Sinclair Broadcasting in conjunction with the National Medal of Honor Heritage Center and was part of the 2022 Celebration of Valor Luncheon, which was held on September 30, 2022 at the Chattanooga Convention Center. Proceeds from the Luncheon support the National Medal of Honor Heritage Center and its ongoing efforts to implement the Congressional Medal of Honor Society’s Character Development Program in our area schools and “The Making of a Hero” book and curriculum in our local community centers. These and other Heritage Center’s educational programs are especially designed to reinforce the six character traits (Patriotism. Citizenship. Courage. Integrity. Sacrifice. Commitment.) and help others learn how they can emulate these values to face and overcome challenging times and make a lasting, positive change in our society.
