MEAL PREP FOR THE WEEK | BREAKFAST | LUNCH | DINNER EASY

Meal prepping is becoming one of my favorite times of the week, I enjoy researching, planning, and getting right to cooking. Having ready made meals for the week really helps me stay on track and also helps me eat even just a little better... sometimes. I did make pretty much dessert for breakfast this week, but who's counting!

Overnight Oats Recipe I Used:

Ingredients
- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup whole-milk plain strained (Greek-style) yogurt
- 1/3 cup crunchy natural peanut butter, well stirred
- 5 tablespoons mini semisweet chocolate chips, divided
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons unrefined coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt

The rest of the things I made I kind of just went with it and made them to how I like them to taste- play around with the ingredients, you can do it!
