The grand debut of Charlotte, NC based restaurant Bojangles. Not just another variation of a chicken a restaurant, but rather a incredible experience of what Bo's is known for. Their chicken n biscuits. While the full menu wasn't launched with the opening. The sample of their breakfast biscuit sandwiches, along with their boneless chicken is not to be scoffed at. For starters their Cajun Chicken Biscuit had everything you want in a perfect bite (Savory, Smooth and Delicious). The Steak Biscuit was surprisingly juicy and might be even better than the chicken. The Bo rounds were soft pillow like potato rounds that were pleasantly textured and a different take on hash browns. Their Tenders was crunchy, juicy and a little kick that separate it from its contemporaries. Their Tea which they sell by the gallon was actually not bad as I don't even like tea. Finish your experience with their sweet blueberry Bo Berry biscuits that'll make you have to get a half dozen to go. Bojangles intro in Texas is as Tasty as it is welcomed.
