Smoked Oven Brisket Recipe (Baked)
• Marinate brisket (3 pounds) overnight 20-24 hours in fridge
o ½ cup dales steak seasoning
o 3 teaspoons (1 tablespoon) of hickory liquid smoke
• Remove from fridge and season
o 2 tablespoons pepper
o 1 tablespoon chili powder
o ½ tablespoon salt
o ½ tablespoon garlic powder
• Place on pan with ½ inch beef broth (fat side up) and cover with tinfoil
o Bake brisket at 300 degrees for 3 hours and 50 minutes
• Remove from pan and place on tinfoil in new pan uncovered
o Broil on high for 8 minutes
• Slice against the grain and Enjoy!
