With the Deluge of Grulovia herself being built up as a threat throughout the course of Double Fine Production's Psychonauts 2, you can imagine my surprise at the reveal that it was actually Raz's grandmother, Nona Aquatto the whole time. I think that the mind of Maligula is one of the most interesting cases in all of Psychonauts with us seeing that even with Ford Cruller's constructs in place Nona's mind still slowly worked it's way back to the events in Grulovia. The genius level design in this mental world really illustrates to us how the developers over at Double Fine are able to make it's antagonists sympathetic and incredibly human in this larger than life cartoon world.
