Meet Saron Mechale, the genius behind #goTeff – a company with the desire to tell the beautiful story of #Ethiopia and its people.

A super grain cultivated 4,000 years ago, teff, has become a staple grain in the Ethiopian diet as well as in world-class endurance runners among them. A versatile on-the-go crisp that can be enjoyed as granola, cereal, yogurt topper, or as a nutritious crouton alternative to a salad.

Saron had the courage to dive into the food industry, even when she didn’t have it all figured out. By trying out different recipes and going through the try-and-fail process, Saron was able to bring a tasty, crunchy, and nutritious snack option to customers.
