Hi Everyone

In this video, I am going to show you how I make my black forest cake. This black forest cake is so easy to make. The steps are very simple to follow.

INGREDIENTS FOR THE CAKE

Plain flour 1 3/4 cup
Cocoa powder 3/4 cup
Granulated sugar 2 cup
Baking powder 1 1/2 tsp
Baking soda or soda bicarbonate 1 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Instant coffee 1 tsp
Large eggs 2
Full fat milk 1 cup
Water 1 cup
Cooking oil 1/2 cup

INGREDIENTS FOR THE FILLING

Fresh double cream 900ml
Granulated sugar 2/3 cup
Vanilla extract 1tbsp
Pitted black cherries in syrup 1 tin
Dark chocolate bar 100gm(some more for decorating)

OVEN TEMPERATURE 160 DEGREE CELSIUS
BAKING TIME 45-60MINS
