WHAT'S FOR BREAKFAST | STRAWBERRY LEMON MUFFINS | BAKE WITH ME

I love this recipe and you can play with it all you want- blueberry, raspberry, chocolate chip, whatever you want! This time I had some delicious strawberries to use so I did. The recipe below is for my dad's blueberry muffins, but I just swap out the fruit for whatever else!

Recipe:
-2 3/4 cup all purpose flour
-4 1/2 tsp baking powder
-Pinch of salt
-1 cup sugar
-1 tsp cinnamon powder
-1 1/2 sticks cold butter, cubed
-2 large eggs
-1 cup whole milk (adjust depending on your mixture consistency, you want a thicker cake-like batter)
-1 pint blueberries

*Bake at 400F for 40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 200F (this is for large muffins, for regular sized muffins, shorten bake time).
