💥 Puff Pastry Cake Ingredients:
2 sheets Puff Pastry (490g)
1 tablespoon Water (12g)
1 tablespoons Sugar (12g)

Raspberry Jam:
2 cups Raspberries (250) fresh or frozen
2 tablespoons Sugar (25g)
1 teaspoon Corn starch (4g)
20 ml Lemon Juice (half lemon)

Cream:
1 1/2 cups Whipping Cream (350g)
3 tablespoons Powdered Sugar (42g)
1 cup Greek Yogurt (250g)


Bake puff pastry sheets in preheated oven at 390F (200C) for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
