Big reminder! Man I did push at times and I paid. I am just here to say let's pay very close attention to what our body is telling us because there is nothing about pushing in any kind of way without awareness with this or we can hurt ourselves. We have to constantly be the observer. Many of you are so tired of just sitting or lying down or even have people that want you to get going so you have this unbelievable pressure on you. From me to you, I just want you to pay attention. You will make mistakes, I did. In ways when we do start to really see some progress in our healing we do have to test our bodies in small ways to see where they are at but many of us are starting to test or want to override somehow the many symptoms that we are having that are basically saying stay put, don't push anything yet. I had to stay for quite some time in the phase of don't push anything yet. This was such a step by step healing process. I believe we all need reminders so this is why I did this video today.
