We started by going shelf by shelf and taking everything out that we wanted to trash or donate. Then if we planned to keep it we sort of just left it where it was till all the shelves had been tackled.

My FAV part was starting to decide the new set up, it was soooo nice to start seeing the progress (almost therapeutic LOL)! We got these awesome Product Pushers from Amazon that organize the products like a real Walmart shelf or vending machine! LITERALLY SO SATISFYING!
