I love Middle Eastern Meat Pies. They’re a savory, delicious, and filling snack. The lemon and tahini really add another dimension of flavor to this dish. Best part is, I have found a way to make them as simple as possible. It’s a yummy, yet unique snack to have at any get together.


1LB GROUND BEEF (OR GROUND LAMB)
1 LG WHITE ONION
2-3 GARLIC CLOVES
1TBSP BUTTER
1 ROMA TOMATO, PEELED
1 1/2 LEMONS, SQUEEZED
1TBSP PINE NUTS
1TBSP TAHINI
SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
2 CANS PILLSBURY FLAKY LAYERS BISCUITS
