INGREDIENTS
Redskin Potatoes
2 Onions, diced
1 Tbsp Cumin
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Tbsp Mustard Seed
2 lbs Ground Beef
¼ cup Ketchup
Worcestershire
Mustard
Hot Sauce
Salt
Pepper
2 cups Beef Stock
3 Red Hots
Macaroni Salad
Baked Beans
Slice of Bread

COOKING METHOD:
1. Cut potatoes into cubes. Place in a pot of salted boiling water and mix to prevent sticking. Par cook for 10 minutes. Strain and add fry at 350F until golden brown. Strain onto a paper towel and season with salt.
2. Dice onion and sweat in an oiled skillet set over medium-high heat.
3. Once onions are translucent, add in ground beef and cook until browned.
4. Add in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, hot sauce, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, mustard seed, salt, and pepper and mix until incorporated.
5. Add in beef stock and cook until the meat sauce reduces and thickens.
6. Heat beans up in a medium saucepot until hot.
7. Slice hot dogs ½ of the way down and fry on a medium saucepan and sizzle meat side down.
8. To plate, add macaroni salad and baked beans to a large plate. Top with home fries and red hots.
9. Top with a few dollops of the meat sauce, diced onions, drizzle of mustard, hot sauce, and ketchup.
10. Enjoy with a slice of bread.
