NEXT VIDEO I’M GOING TO DO FULL STEP BY STEP MAINTENANCE ON MY NAVIEN BOILER ( you must do it yearly for longevity of your boiler and proper performance) ! Stay TUNED ! 😎🤝

Did you just have your Navien unit( s) installed ? Or has it been a while ? Whatever the case might be , if your having issues with your unit(s) and you’re getting error codes E351 /52/53 ( All OF THEM has to do with one thing : Water Pressure Sensor) THEN YOU MUST WATCH THIS QUICK AND EASY FIX THAT YOU COULD DO YOURSELF !!! ( Especially if your “a beginner”).

Here’s a quick overview on what happened to my unit: I was having issues with hot water and heating for the past 3 days . I went down in the basement and my unit was not working and was giving me some Error codes : E351, E352 and E353. I looked at my unit user’s information on page 22 “understanding the error codes “I called and it had to do with water pressure . I called the technical support number ( listed on the same section and same pag . 22 ) , I told them I was getting that error code and they told me I needed to get a licensed plumber or works for a company in here for them to speak with ( they wouldn’t speak with me because I’m not a plumber but just a home owner) . For the past 3 days I kept resetting the unit ( by pressing the reset bottom on the front panel ) and the system kept working sometimes for half hour , one hour and sometimes up to 3 hours . But today the 4th day , it would start working at all ( hot water or heating ) . I contact several plumber and places to see if they could come down and help me with the issue I couldn’t get a hold of one . One company that does service on Navien boilers are and sends technicians out to fix stuff at peoples house told me it was $175 USD per hour and that they didn’t have any availability for this week ( I called Wednesday . Today is Thursday of the same week ) . Since that was an emergency ( no hot water or heating for the house ) I started looking for pluming and hearing supply local store , and I found ( South shore pluming and heating supply inc , Brockton MA ). I gave them the code they told me it was water pressure sensor . That gave me HOPE 😃 ( the User’s information Manual said the same thing so I went out and got it today . It costed me about $44 dollars with tax and o fixed the problem myself and same a lot of money that probably I would pay a licensed plumber otherwise.

Hope this will help you out . If you like this video please subscribe and hit a like ! 🤝👍👍

Note: One important thing You MUST DO ( I did it ) but I forgot to mention it on the video 🤦🏽‍♂️ you must turn off the Gas nob ( that allows the gas to enter the unit ) underneath your unit every you’re going to work on your unit (s). Mine has a small blue nob ,and the nob will be parallel with the gas iron pipe on On position . To turn the gas off turn the nob sideways and I’ll will be in the perpendicular position to the iron gas pipe . 👍
