2021 marks the 29th Annual National Gingerbread House Competition at the historic Omni Grove Park Inn in Asheville, North Carolina, with over $25,000 awarded in cash and prizes this year.

There are four categories: Child, Youth, Teen and Adult. This video will focus on the Top 10 Adult entries.

Competition rules state that the entry must be created from 100% edible materials and made of at least 75% gingerbread.

The Nicholas Lodge International Sugar Art Collection (ISAC) is a school that teaches professional pastry techniques, cake decorating, sugar flowers and gumpaste flowers, rolled fondant techniques and royal icing techniques.
