❗️Attention, I recommend using ingredients in grams as this is a more accurate and correct recipe! * Cup = 200 ml
Ingredients
🍰Dough:
50 g (1.7 oz) almonds, ground
2 eggs
a pinch of salt
100g (3/4 stick) butter
80 g (5 tbsp / 3 oz) sugar
150 g (2/3 cup / 5 oz) Greek yogurt
200 g (1 1/2 cups / 7 oz) flour
10 g (2 tsp) baking powder
😋Topping:
100 ml (1/2 cup / 3.5 fl oz) heavy cream (30% fat)
50 g (3 tbsp / 1.7 oz) sugar
150 g (5 oz) flaked almonds
Heat and stir
Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C / 320°F for 30 minutes
🍦Cream:
300 ml (1 1/2 cups / 10.5 fl oz) milk
1 tsp vanilla
70 g (4 tbsp / 2.5 oz) sugar
50 g (4 tbsp) cornstarch
100g (3/4 stick) butter
