Was recently servicing the La Pavoni and thought I would record the process. Not least so you could see someone with very limited technical skills doing the job. I hope this shows that the Europiccola is a really easy machine to work on.

1:52 - Detaching the group head
3:21 - Removing lever
6:55 - Removing piston and shower screen (NB. You might want to descale your piston whilst out)
9:10 - Removing piston gaskets
11:05 - Removing group head gaskets
13:00 - Cleaning
13:58 - Putting new group head gasket in
16:35 - Putting new piston gaskets on
19:11 - Reinserting piston (NB. Most people put a little lubricant inside the group head chamber too. I forgot!!)
21:05 - Putting new boiler to group head gasket on
21:50 - Reattaching group head
24:25 - Reattaching lever
25:55 - Reattaching shower screen and new gasket
28:55 - Finishing off
