On the 23rd of July 1983, Air Canada flight 143 took off from Ottawa towards Montreal. The flight is operated without any fuel gages and, due to a crew calculation error, without much fuel in the tanks. Over Red Lake, the fuel runs out and the Pilots will have to glide the Boeing 767 towards an emergency landing.
