Materials;
For kebab;
400g ground beef,

1 teaspoon of chili paste,

For sauce;
1 glass of water (200ml),
1 tea glass of cooking oil (110ml),
3 thin ready-made phyllo dough,
Let's bake in a preheated 200°C oven.

For the sauce on top;
1 tablespoon of butter,
2 tablespoons of olive oil,
1 tablespoon of tomato paste,
1 tomato,
Salt, pepper, black pepper.
1 teaspoon of sugar.
50 ml of water.
