FULL MODIFIED RECIPE
Ingredients:
1 bag of rice noodles
1 block of tofu
1 onion
5 cloves of garlic
1 cup of baby carrots
1 cup of broccoli
8 oz of mushrooms
1 /4 of jalapeño
1/4 cup of dill
2 tbsp of Tahini
All spice to taste


To make sauce
1/4 cup of Tamari soy sauce
1 tbsp of red wine vinegar
1-2 tbsp of hot sauce
1 tbsp of cinnamon
1 / 2 cup of vegan broth
1 tbsp of olive oil to sauté vegetables

Directions:
Cut vegetables into a small pieces . Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil until soft. Add 2 tbsp of water as needed.
Add all other vegetables but dill and cook until soft. Add allspice and put aside. No need to add liquid since mushrooms will release some.

Combine all the ingredients for sauce and boiled noodles for 8 minutes.
Add noodles and sauce with vegetables and mix everything well. Incorporate dill and tahini and stir everything well.
