Bringing together a fine balance between contemporary pop and symphonic elements of jazz, Miami's Metropoly offer arrangements that celebrate sound, melody, and organic instrumentation in bold and beautiful ways.
Combining the life-long talents of saxophonist Yunior Arronte and pianist Irving Aday, Metropoly present popular music as you've never heard it before. Taking the work of classic contemporary artists like Charlie Puth, Metropoly reimagine and re-craft the music - envisioning a whole new arrangement for the underlying concepts and melodies within. Their style encapsulates a sense of creative freedom and, ultimately, escapism, that is scarcely found elsewhere amidst the current musical landscape.
While their journeys as solo artists have seen them perform and even win prizes at multiple renowned venues and events, 2019 has seen the duo officially emerge as Metropoly - and 2020 is categorically set to be the year their uniquely experimental style breaks through to the audience it deserves.
