I struggle with phone addiction and find it hard to focus. I tried using willpower alone and switching to a dumb phone, but neither worked. Now, I've implemented a system using two phones: a work phone and a personal phone (an iPhone mini or iPhone SE). I made changes to the phone's settings to reduce distractions and it's helped me reduce my phone addiction and focus on what's important. In this video I run through my though process and what i've learned along the way.
