A delicious and tender cake that melts in the mouth paired with fruit in plain yoghurt, my grandmother loves to make this dish. The whole family will love this pancake cake recipe. Delicate chocolate pancakes and delicious fruits, what could be tastier? Now I will make this cake very often. Try it too. Cook with love!

► Cooking recipe and ingredients:
2 eggs
a pinch of salt, a pinch of vanilla
2 tablespoons of sugar
180 grams of flour
20 grams of cocoa
200 ml boiling water
300ml milk
Pass through a sieve to avoid lumps
leave to stand for about 20 minutes
Grease the pan once with some vegetable oil
Fry for about 2 minutes and turn carefully
grease for another 30 seconds
Trim off the uneven edges of the pancakes
25 g gelatin + 100 ml cold water
Leave for 10 minutes
~1 kg thick natural yoghurt, 150 g powdered sugar
10 grams of vanilla sugar
stir and leave for a while
200-250 grams of strawberries
~ 250 g apricot
Melt the swollen gelatin
Assemble the cake into a detachable ring
Top some of the pancakes with just yogurt
and wrap some of the pancakes with berries
Arrange the remaining fruits
and fill with yoghurt cream (warm up a little beforehand)
refrigerate for several hours
Spread the top of the cake with strawberry jam
Sprinkle with grated chocolate
200 ml cream (33-36%), 1 spoon of powdered sugar
Decorate the top of the cake
This is an incredibly beautiful cake!
