Easier than you imagine. The best no-bake cake recipe!

► Cooking recipe and ingredients:
3 large eggs
a pinch of salt
50g sugar
350 ml milk
~ 100g flour
30 g cocoa
Stir the dough without lumps
add the remaining milk
2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
It is recommended to let the dough rest for 20 minutes
Preheat the frying pan and grease it a little with vegetable oil before frying
Do not overcook the pancakes, turn them over as soon as the surface is firm
Allow the pancakes to cool
600 g sour cream
80g sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
Stir and let stand until the sugar has dissolved
25 g gelatin + 80 ml cold water
Let stand for 5 minutes
Prepare the form in advance
I have a split ring 18 cm
I got 11 pancakes with a diameter of 21 cm
Cut the pancakes into strips approx. 1.5 cm thick
Melt the swollen gelatin and mix with sour cream
Mix gently
Immediately pour into the mold and smooth out
Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 4 hours
Cake for the lazy – mix everything together and you’re done!
The dessert is very beautiful and incredibly tasty!
