237ml = 1 cup
15ml = 1Tbsp
5ml=1tsp
1 egg (53 g without shell)
Heavy cream (38% milk fat)
(Chocolate is chopped, flour is before sifting)

● Finished cake size (18cm (D) *6.5cm (H))

● Chocolate Crepe
4 eggs
80g sugar (1/3 cup + 1 Tbsp)
a pinch of salt
Vanilla extract 3ml

130g cake flour (3/4 cup +2Tbsp)
20g cocoa powder (3Tbsp+ 1tsp)
70 g unsalted butter (1/3 cup)

500g milk (2 cups + 2 Tbsp)

● Dark chocolate cream
55 g dark chocolate (1/3 cup)
55g heavy cream (1/4 cup)

230g Heavyd cream (1 cup)
20g sugar (1Tbsp+2tsp)

● White whipped cream
250g heavy cream (1 cup +1Tbsp)
25 g sugar (2 Tbsp)

Cocoa powder
