Would you like to have a cup of delicious coffee with me today? ☕
I prepared it in a glass with a nice check pattern.
But you can eat the whole cup... 🤭

The check pattern was made in a relatively elaborate yet easy way.

And I made the coffee mousse for the insert in a really easy way.
It contains neither gelatin nor starch.
In fact, this recipe is an adapted version of “Dalgona Coffee,” which was popular a few years ago.
This recipe, famous for Dalgona coffee, is actually a famous coffee from the “Colona” region of Macau.
The coffee, which is said to have to be stirred 400 times before it can be consumed, was easily made with the help of a whisk. 😄
When I mixed it with whipped cream, a very light coffee mousse was created.

I used an 8cm silicone mold.
It doesn’t matter what size the mold is.
Any bowl that can be put in the oven will be fine.

It would really be a waste to eat this cookie cup, but...

“Wow~! “I thought it was pretty, but it’s delicious…” will come out.

The tart dough was made with Vanilla Sucrée.
Because soft butter is mixed with powdered sugar and eggs and then flour is added, it is less crumbly than brisée or sablée dough and has a slightly firmer texture.

● Cup measure standard
237ml = 1 cup
15ml = 1Tbsp
5ml=1tsp
1 egg (53 g without shell)
Heavy cream (38% milk fat)
(Chocolate is chopped, flour is before sifting)

● Tart dough
(Mold size (diameter: 8cm spherical mold)
150g unsalted butter (1/2 cup + 3 Tbsp)
100 g (3/4 cup) sugar powder
2 g salt (1/2 tsp)

1 egg
5ml vanilla extract (1tsp)

125g all-purpose flour
13g almond powder

110g all-purpose flour
13g almond powder
13g cocoa powder

♥ Coffee Mousse
5g instant coffee
30g sugar
30g hot water

160g heavy cream


♥ Compound chocolate
cocoa powder
