Tony Stewart has never been one to sugarcoat what he thinks about anything or anyone. This week, just over a month before the start of the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series season, the Hall of Famer candidly shared his thoughts on his Stewart-Haas Racing team on social media.

Smoke talked about how he's happy with who will be driving for the team this coming season and then made an honest but ugly admission about the organization's struggles in the recent past. With his surprising remarks, SHR fans can't help but wonder about the leadership and the decision-making happening behind the scenes and if there's any chance of it changing in the future before it does irreversible damage.
