This video was a BLAST to film. I loved filming and editing from more of a motivational/cinematic perspective! This is the routine I follow when I get up before 5AM (around 2-3 days a week, the rest of the time we get up around 6!), but it is also the routine I follow for any wake up time because these are the habits I have learned to stack into my morning for the most productivity throughout the day. I know the "motivational" running section might be a bit much for some of you who just wanted a cute chill morning vlog haha BUTTT I think it is such a good perspective shifting audio on what true discipline is and how you get it! I truly believe a good morning routine and honestly a good life full of healthy habits comes solely from discipline and you learning what disciplines you need to practice in your own life!
