I hope you enjoyed my Recipes. I am confident, these dishes can make losing weight for you a lot easier! I personally eat them on a weekly basis and have the Shake almost every Day :)

PROTEIN PANCAKES: (1:13 Mins)
- 150ml Almond Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1,5 Scoops Protein of Choice
- 60g Oats
BIG MAC SALAD: (4:32 Mins)
- 200g Extra Lean Mince Beef
- Eisberg Salad (as much as you prefer)
- 1 Onion
- 100g Tomatoes
- Pickles
for the Sauce Mix:
- Low Sugar Ketchup
- Low Kcal Mayonnaise
- Yellow Mustard
- Pickle Juice
STRAWBERRY VANILLA SHAKE: (9:32 Mins)
- 200g frozen Strawberries
- 25g Spinach
- 1 Scoop Clear protein (I used Strawberry Kiwi)
- 250ml Almond Milk
- vanilla Sweetener (optional)
