We can all benefit from eating a more plant-based diet, regardless of how much or how little animal protein you consume. Plant-based, whole foods are packed with vitamins, minerals, fiber, and nutrients that nourish our bodies.

Research shows that eating a diet abundant in plants reduces the risk of certain types of cancers, improves cardiovascular health, supports immune function, supports optimal digestion and gut microbiome, regulates blood sugar and decreases the risk of diabetes, and improves brain health and reduces risk of cognitive decline.

But sometimes, especially when you're first getting started eating a plant-based diet, this can be a bit challenging.
