Unsurprisingly, this is one of my all-time favorite recipes. Creamy cream, delicate cakes. Everyone loves this recipe and is very happy when I make it for the whole family. I do this a lot for friends and family because they love it. Very easy to do for everyone. Just follow the simple steps and voila, the delicious cake is ready and everyone is happy. Recipe and Ingredients:
๐Ÿงก2 eggs.
๐Ÿ’›150 grams of sugar.
๐Ÿ’™60 g corn starch.
Mix everything well.
๐Ÿ’œ500ml milk.
๐ŸงกBrew the cream thickly over medium heat, stirring constantly.
๐Ÿ’›Let the cream cool down.
๐Ÿ’™100ml water.
๐Ÿ’›100ml milk.
๐Ÿงก a pinch of salt.
๐Ÿ’œ80g butter.
๐Ÿ’šAs soon as the butter has melted, add 120 g of flour.
Mix everything well.
๐Ÿ’› Cook the dough for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Let the mixture cool down a little
๐Ÿ’› Add 3 eggs one at a time.
๐Ÿ’™Cake pan 20cm.
๐Ÿ’š Halve the dough.
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 200 ยฐ C
Beat ๐Ÿงก160 g butter (room temperature) until frothy.
๐Ÿ’™Vanillin.
๐Ÿ’š Gradually add the cooled cream.
๐Ÿ’™The temperature of cream and butter must be the same.
๐Ÿ’› Collect cake.
๐Ÿงก Put in a cool place to stabilize the cream for at least 3 hours.

Mix everything well.
๐Ÿ’™ Cook the dough for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
๐Ÿ’›Let the mixture cool down a little.
๐Ÿ’š Add 3 eggs one at a time.
๐Ÿ’œBaking pan 8 inches.
๐Ÿงก Halve the dough.
๐Ÿ’›10-15 minutes at 395 F. to bake
Beat ๐Ÿ’™8 tbsp butter (room temperature) until frothy.
๐Ÿ’™Vanillin.
๐Ÿ’› Gradually add the cooled cream.
๐ŸงกThe temperature of cream and butter must be the same.
๐Ÿ’œ Collect cake.
๐Ÿ’š Put in a cool place to stabilize the cream for at least 3 hours.
