Dealing with food over the holidays can be HARD! Dealing with food over Thanksgiving and Christmas can be stressful for a lot of people, especially for those who struggle with an eating disorder.

Managing an ED over the holidays is tough. These are my tips to manage eating disorder recovery over the holidays; to manage an ED over Thanksgiving and manage an ED over Christmas.

Many holidays center around food and it can be discouraging for those in recovery from an eating disorder. I struggled for years around the holidays because I would try to restrict extra hard and inevitably end up binging.

There is hope for ed recovery even over the holidays. You can manage your eating disorder and eating disorder recovery during Thanksgiving and Christmas and other tough times of the year. Don’t be disheartened.

These are five tips that have helped me survive the holidays with an eating disorder.

Eating disorder recovery holiday and survive holidays eating disorder because you can’t give up on your eating disorder recovery journey even over the holidays! While thanksgiving and christmas are tough times of year for people who struggle with food and for people who struggle with eating disorders like anorexia bulimia or binge eating there is hope. Here is how I manage my eating disorder over the holiday season and manage my ed for christmas and manage my ed for thanksgiving. You don’t have to restrict or binge or purge for the holidays. You can deal with food over the holidays in a safe and healthy way. Eating disorder recovery doesn’t need to stop over the holidays.
