Recipe:
166g all-purpose flour
1 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1 t ground cinnamon
3/4 t ground ginger
1/4 t ground nutmeg
120ml vegetable oil
200g brown sugar
2 large eggs, at room temperature
80g plain yogurt
1 t pure vanilla extract
200g peeled, shredded carrots
optional add-in: 3/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans; raisins
