On the 26th August 2021 fast-hiker and inov-8 ambassador James Forrest set what is understood to be a new solo & self-supported record for completing Great Britain’s National Three Peaks on foot. James completed the epic 500-mile challenge in 16 days, 15 hours, 39 minutes and 51 seconds. In 'The Mountain Inside' by Dave MacFarlane, James reflects on his epic adventure. Giving a brutally honest account of his own mental health struggles and discussing the role the great outdoors has played in his journey.
