We got a call for a Heavy Duty rotation, for a concrete truck that was involved in an accident. 
We were initially told it was unloaded, had heavy front end damage, and missing a front wheel.
On scene, we found it was a rear tire that was missing, but it had hit a guardrail and jammed the front end, disabling the steering.
