Not sure how many will watch this... anyways, here's my
22nd Month of Recovery Update & 2020 Personal Journal

First.... a big THANK YOU to all #frontliners who help create awareness for PTSD, depression, anxiety etc.

Secondly, it's been just over a year since UnboxingDepression began. I would like to THANK YOU to all 81 subscribers and the hundreds of others who have supported the awareness drive... you're all great!

Side note, I'm not doing this for fame or money. I gladly welcome any hep I can get to make this channel a better forum to openly and constructively converse about mental health matters.

Thirdly, I've got a few new articles and topic videos coming here over the next few months. Please help follow, share and even start a conversation with me or anyone about the topics we present here.

Fourthly, please take good care of yourself and your close ones in this time of Covid-19 pandemic, economic turmoil and more. Remember, like in in-flight safety training, always save yourself before you attempt to try and help others.

I strongly urge you to use your moment to create a meaningful conversation about the core message. LIKES and some passing remarks ain't enough to create a deeper understanding and to #stopthestigma

Lastly, please feel free to drop me a message if you have any questions about clinical depression, and I'll do my best to reply .
Terima kasih... DEAR YOU.
