We personally believe Amisfield might be the new Noma of the decade! Pushing boundaries and challenging our perception of what fine dining can be. We had an absolute blast discovering Chef Vaughan's world, and exploring his insane menu. This is a MUST EAT menu of 2024! Run, don't walk, haha!!
