This Reuben sandwich is another classic grilled American sandwich. I'm going through them slowly 😃 I must admit to using pastrami instead of corned beef, and cheddar instead of Swiss cheese, I'm awaiting the lynch mob 😜 It still tastes absolutely amazing, and that Russian dressing is to die for. Please give it a go and let me know what you think.

Russian dressing ingredients (enough for 3 or 4 sandwiches)
1 tbsp finely chopped onion
3 tbsp mayonnaise (I used spicy mayo)
1-2 tbsp ketchup
2 tsp creamed horseradish
1 tsp chilli sauce (I used peri peri)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/3 tsp paprika
Salt to taste

Sandwich ingredients
2 slices of rye bread
Butter for the bread
A few slices of pastrami or thinly sliced corned beef
2 tbsp sauerkraut
2-3 slices of Swiss cheese (or cheddar)
