Ingredients:
20 grams of fresh yeast
500 g flour (4 cups + 2 tbsp)
250 ml lukewarm milk
100 g sugar (½ cup)
60 grams of butter
pinch of salt

2 tsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp milk

2 tsp instant coffee
1 tbsp milk

1 egg for brushing

Bake: 180°C / 356°F 20 minutes on top/bottom heat

Baking pan diameter: 26 cm
