4 Tbsp oil (divided in half)
1/2 cup Onion slices
1 cup Cabbage shredded (use any veggie)
Salt
Pepper
1/4 Tsp Cumin powder
Chopped Parsley/Cilantro
Chopped Green onions (Optional)
Cheese of Choice (Optional)
