If you have minced meat and yellow split peas at home this recipe is a must try. I never knew making Bangladeshi style kabab is so easy. This recipe requires no blender, mortar pester or food processor. You can just mash with your own hands! you can make this and save it for later use in freezer. Fry whenever you feel like.
Bangladeshi kababs are different tasty not like the ones your palate is exposed to. It has it’s own subtly distinguish flavors that make it stand out from others available. If you have never tried this easy snack kabab it's high time you may consider making this.
Ingredients -
3 cups Minced meat
1 cup yellow split pea (Chana/buter dal)
2 Bay leaves
3 Cinnamon
2 cardamom
4-5 cloves
2 Shallots cubed
1 tsp Garlic paste
1+1/2 tsp ginger paste
salt to taste
1 tsp Chili powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1+1/2 Cumin powder
1/2 Coriander powder
2 Tbsp Oil
2 whole Chili (for flavor)
5-6 cups water (add 1 cup at a time)
1 Egg
Chopped Cilantro
Chopped Spring Onions
2 Tbsp Cornstarch
